The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is in charge of child protective custody decisions against parents. Unfortunately, they often get it wrong, which can leave a parent in a precarious position, or, in some cases without their children.
I am happy to report that ZLF Attorney Damian Ramsdell is 2 for 2 in 2025, meaning that he has already gotten DHHS to reverse two substantiation decisions against his clients. Congrats Damian!
