We had two felony counts of Criminal Threatening With A Dangerous Weapon, Class C, dismissed today in the Cumberland County Unified Criminal Docket. Criminal threatening, which is normally a Class D crime (statute found here), can be elevated to a felony if a dangerous weapon is involved. Congratulations to our Client!
