We are thrilled to have a case of Assault and Disorderly Conduct dismissed this week by the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office.
Assault and Disorderly conduct are serious crimes. Last Fall, a large brawl broke out at the Oasis Night Club in Portland, Maine. Our client avoided the brawl and headed out the back door when he was chased down and beaten up by a group of people. Despite not being involved in the brawl, our client was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He hired Attorney Sweatt to represent him. After Attorney Sweatt's representation, the District Attorney's Office to agree to dismiss the case. Our client is young and has a bright future to look forward to.
